Cancellation, Returns, and Warranty

At Magic Bahn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are ever not satisfied, we offer a simple, transparent returns process.
1. Statutory Right to Cancel (14 Days)
Right to cancel
Consumers have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us (Swaravo LLC (Magic Bahn), 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, email: info@magicbahn.com, phone: +1 952-406-2451) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by mail or an email). You may use the model cancellation form provided below, but you are not required to.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is enough for you to send your notice that you are exercising your right to cancel before the cancellation period expires.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice that you are canceling this contract. We will issue this refund using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier. You must send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us that you are canceling this contract. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods that results from handling them in a way beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
2. Extended Returns (30 Days)
Beyond the statutory right to cancel, we grant you a voluntary 30-day return right from the day you receive the goods.
- Condition: Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items: We cover the return shipping costs in full.
- Cancellation / change of mind: If you exercise your right to cancel or make a voluntary return, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
4. How to Return an Item
- Get in touch: Email us at info@magicbahn.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Receive return instructions: We will send you a confirmation and the correct return address (this can vary depending on the product).
- Pack it carefully: Pack the item in its original packaging, including accessories and any documentation.
- Ship it: Send the package to the address we provide. Keep your shipping receipt until your return has reached us.
- Inspection: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it.
- Refund: After approval, we refund the amount to your original payment method, usually within 7 business days and no later than 14 days.

6. Warranty for Defects
Independent of your right to cancel, the statutory rights regarding defects apply, with a two-year warranty period from delivery. If you receive damaged or defective goods, please contact us at info@magicbahn.com with a photo. We will promptly arrange a free replacement or refund.
7. Exclusions from the Right to Cancel
The right to cancel does not apply to the following contracts:
- contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and that are made based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs;
- contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, where the seal has been removed after delivery.
