From product design

Craftsmanship meets children’s imagination

When my son was two years old, he got his first wooden train track.

At the beginning it was just a few simple tracks and a small train. But after a short time he started building larger and larger layouts. With every year his ideas grew more complex: bridges, towns, tunnels, whole worlds.

But he kept reaching limits.
Not because he lacked imagination – but because the right pieces were missing.

That is exactly where our journey began.

We didn’t want to develop yet another “set” that dictates how children should play.
We wanted to create a foundation that makes everything possible.

That is how Magic Bahn came to be.

Together with product designers, educators and – most importantly – real children, we develop systems that keep expanding. Without fixed limits. Without a set ending.

Because children don’t just build tracks.

They build their own world.
Their own town.
Their own idea of how everything belongs together.

And that is exactly what drives us.
